Richard P. Frescatore
Rick has over two decades of experience in the recycling and waste management industry. He transitioned from a small, family owned business to a national waste hauling and recycling firm in 1995, during which time he held positions in business development, marketing, as well as having financial and operations responsibilities for several recycling plants. In co-founding Fresco, Rick sees the recycling and LEED consulting services the firm provides, developing into a full service sustainability program. The intention is to offer a full spectrum of services, products and educational programs through the Fresco 'Full-Circle' Program, providing an integrity driven resource for anyone who wants to learn and build a sustainable building or take small steps to begin the process of going green.

Richard P. Scott
Rick has over two decades of experience in the recycling and waste management industry. He has held principle roles in several ventures, including the most recent company, where he oversaw all facets of an extremely successful family owned business in Lebanon, Pa. Rick has an admirable passion for sustainable living, and is dedicated to making a difference in how we interact with our planet. He believes in the Fresco mission, and is excited about the potential to impact the community as a whole, as well as the green building industry.

Deana Frescatore
Deana spent several years in the health care industry patient financial services department prior to joining Frescatore Consulting full time two years after the firm was founded. Her attention to detail, and her extensive knowledge of financial management software and information management will contribute to the success of the Fresco mission.

Joe Lanzillo
Joe attended the University of Colorado. He has experience in the construction, landscaping and retail industries. His lifelong love for nature and avid interest in green technologies imparts a great passion for the Fresco Green mission. His responsibilities will be focused on the smooth operation of the showroom, inventory control and sale interaction with customers.

Brooke Hardy
Brooke attended Franklin & Marshall College and graduated with a degree in Environmental Studies. She was highly involved with the environmental department during her time at F&M and has a passion for hydrology. Brooke has many years of experience as a sales associate and is involved in the opening of Fresco's Green Scene, the new green lifestyles store in Downtown Lancaster. She takes the idea of living green to heart and is a reuse and recycling fiend. Her belief in the intrinsic value of nature is the driving force behind all of her work. Brooke's responsibilities include product research, the co-operating of Green Scene and the showroom, and sales interaction with customers.
